Privacy and feedback

Atheronix Energy Compare is a free beta calculator operated as an Atheronix product experiment. It does not sell energy, take payments or provide a bill quotation.

Report a problem or tell us if this helped

Choose a category below. Only that category, page language and a broad source label are recorded as daily counts. Do not send personal information. Reports are reviewed in aggregate; individual replies are not available through this form.

Privacy and optional counts

Calculations stay in your browser. No input values, device names, full URLs, fragments, persistent identifiers, cookies or browser storage are sent to our counter service. Usage counts are off until you choose to allow them on the calculator page, and can be stopped with the same button. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track disable optional counts. Feedback is sent only when you submit it.

The counter stores daily totals for event type, language, broad source and a separate test label for up to 90 days. It does not store IP addresses or user-agent strings. Network infrastructure necessarily handles your IP to deliver the site; hosting operational logs can exist separately. We do not use these counters for advertising or sell them. Locale means page language, not your physical country.

Limitations and updates

This is an estimate using your inputs, not a bill or a guaranteed saving. Stop relying on a result if you suspect an error and report its category. There are no purchases or subscriptions to refund. Current release:12 October 2026, UK input units, language URLs and optional feedback/counts. This page explains this limited beta service; it is not a claim of completed commercial or regulatory approval.

Contact and privacy requests

For a calculation error, accessibility issue, complaint or privacy request, email atheronixeu@gmail.com with the subject “Energy Compare”. Describe the issue using invented example inputs. Do not send bills, account numbers, passwords or payment details. Email is a separate channel: your email provider and the receiving Gmail account process the message and your reply address. No response-time guarantee is offered during this beta.
